Additionally, On Three Survival LLC is not liable for:

12.2 Dispute Resolution

1. a) Mandatory Arbitration

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

1. b) Arbitration Location and Process

• Arbitration will take place in Morganton, Georgia
• The arbitration will be conducted in English
• The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding
• Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction

1. c) Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

12.3 Notice of Dispute

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to provide us written notice of the dispute to:

You agree that any claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.

Section 13 - Returns and Refunds

Physical Products

• Returns must be initiated within 20 days of receipt
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the return

Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion if you are unable to access or download the digital content
• Technical support will be provided for digital access issues before considering refunds
